Meal Preparation

I don’t know about you, but I really don’t like planning what to cook. It seems like we fix the same old recipes over and over and it’s not very exciting in the kitchen.

Until now!

We’d like to introduce you to E-MEALZ Easy Meals for Busy and Frugal Families. Not only are the meals delicious, but they menus include recipes AND shopping lists for your favorite grocery store! :)

They offer 16 different menu plans, including low-carb choices. You can take your shopping list to Kroger, Publix, Aldos, and even WalMart. Items are sale for the week are listed in the grocery shopping list you print out. And at only $1.25 each week, it is definitely worth your time as a mom to check it out.

At our house (Vickie), I’ve hired my 13 year old daughter to assess our family’s weekly routine and adjust the E-Mealz recipes and shopping list to fit our schedule. She is capable of making most of the recipes and it’s teaching her how to shop wisely. This meal plan has been a great help in helping me to teach my daughter cooking and shopping skills.
