Laundry Tip

Here’s a money-saving tip to help you next time you get ready to do your laundry.

If you love the convenience of dryer sheets like I do, tear the next one you use in half. For most loads, you don’t need to use a whole sheet at all. There’s more than even “stuff” included in half a dryer sheet to make your clothes soft and static free.

Your package of dryer sheets will go twice as far–unless you cut them into thirds and fourths like I used to do a long time ago. It was plenty of dryer sheets this way, too, but now I’m just too busy to bother.

And by the way, if you children do their own laundry (a discussion you can find here), be sure to teach them to tear them in half as well. Your budget, and husband, will appreciate the savings! :)

Here’s one other tip:

Be sure to check carefully before beginning any laundry!
